anyone who wants to look at the hurricane charlie event this might be helpful. also it has a list of the 15 biggest floods which is handy A SELECTION OF EXTREME FLOOD EVENTS – THE IRISH EXPERIENCE A.M. Cawley (Hydro Environmental Ltd. Galway), J. Fitzpatrick (ESBI Dublin), C. Cunnane (Dept of Hydrology NUI Galway) and T. Sheridan (Met Eireann, Dublin).
