THINGS TO DO...
- Visit Council
- Print map of Stella Gardens and surroundings
- Richard is putting together a virtual tour of the area to set the scene and get everyone thinking about the dynamics and factors that play out on the ground. (due 12/02/10)
- We need to look at the work of Gilbert White in relation to conducting the survey.
- Draft up themes, questions and format for survey. So far we are interested the populations capacity to deal with an event, flood partnership, vulnerability linked to various factors (age, car ownership, ability to leave in an emergency) insurance problems, climate change awareness, faith in new infrastructure to prevent future events, residents ability or interest in influencing the decision making process (i.e contacting politicians)
